Runaway TAXI is a Custom JOG 23, locally built in 1994, light weight Balsa plank with glass sandwich construction (¼ tonner - sports boat). Full sets of sails, including; 3xmain (light, Dacron and cut down to 1st reef), 4xjibs (light, Dacron 1, 3 and 4) plus 4 spinnakers (1 large assy, two large and one small symmetric) Marina Eight outboard, working well and serviced within last 18 months Hull resprayed within last 5 years and antifoul annually Electronics working off 12v battery with solar panel, include VHF, stereo, speed log, cabin and cockpit lights All Standing and running rig replaced 2010 with new. Current Cat 7 gear, including life jackets for 8, plus other race gear like spinnaker pole, handmade bow sprit, some extras as well like port-a-potty and cushions Had a 1200 diameter wheel, which I removed and replaced with Stainless steel tiller, but could convert back… Competitive and fun weekend racer
