Here we have for sale a Sedan Style Cruiser grp hull with wooden topsides.Length 40ftBeam 12ftBerths 6Full sliding wheelhouse roof, excellent on nice sunny days.2 toilets, one forward and one aft.Builge pump auto/manualNew water pump supplies water to all taps and shower.Webasto blown heating to all cabins and shower.Boat layout == The forward cabin is a twin berth with drawers under the bunksand an en-suite toilet and basin. The aft cabin is a double with drawers under the bed and a small side board and a locker. The seat in the wheelhouse pulls out to make a double berth.Electrics ==== 1KW inverter fitted along with 240 fuse box and sockets in galley and saloon plus 12 volt in all cabins and back well.The galley has a gas hob, sink, fridge and drawers and cupboards.The engine is a Vetus 65HP diesel with Vetus hydraulic motor and hoses with access to all parts for maintenance repairs etc.210 litre stainless steel fuel tankStainless steel water fresh water tank under the wheelhouse berth.Nav lights fitted.With this boat comes fenders ropes boat hook mud weight and two rond anchors.There is a tailor made all weather 3 peice cover, which literally covers the superstructure and decks.The boat had an out of water survey at Goole Marina early March 2016 where the hull was hammer tested and no soft spots found. Whilst she was out of the water she was fitted with anoids to the shaft and rudder. She was pressure washed rubbed down and antifouled also the propeller was taken off and sent to Hull to be refurbished.BSS Examination expires 20th November 2018.This boat will make a good live aboard or just for holidaying and weekends away.
