I am only selling this boat due to relocating over 2000 miles for work and a long way from the ocean, otherwise I would keep it. Big spacious cabin that sleeps 6 comfortably with a cold AC. This includes a spacious private state room in the bow that sleeps two comfortably, the sleeper sofa converts to a queen bed comfortable for two, and the dining area converts to a double bed comfortable for two, Full galley that includes new electric/butane two burner stove combo, sink, new refrigerator/freezer combo that is AC/DC (shore powered/battery powered). Full Head (Bathroom) with a stand up shower, sink and vanity. The fresh water 100 gallon and black water 50 gallon holding tanks are new. All fresh water pumps, plumbing and hot water heater are all recently replaced and function as they should. Saltwater wash down and fresh water wash down. Shore power and recent new wiring throughout. Automatic bilge pumps function properly. For the "Buy It Now" price I will include the following:1. Lowrance HD7 (COMBO) Navigation, Fish finder, Structure scan transducer, and networking module that gives you the ability to network multiple units together. This unit is Radar and real time weather Capable (need dome)...This unit was used 5 times and is in perfect condition. 2. Pettit Bottom Paint - 2 Gallons Trinidad SR Black - Top of the line - Commercial grade high copper content.3. Full set of Zinc Anodes4. 4 Batteries - Used 1 season - retail $300.00 each5. New Cleaning brush with extendable handle, extendable dock rope grabbing pole, Rope (all dock lines, extra long spring lines), 6 bumpers, 50 foot white non marking marine hose, shore power cable and miscellaneous cleaning supplies to get you started such as boat soap, wax, wax cleaner, teak cleaner, teak oil, stainless polish, vinyl cleaner, oil filters, fuel filters, new starter for the starboard side (Did not need to be replaced when I pulled the boat out, but I ordered the wrong one when I recently replaced the port side and I just kept it instead of returning with plans to install it prior to this season). Anything and everything that I have for the boat.A little work and she will be ready to fish.
