listing for a friend with no internet make no mistakes this requires full re-fit viewing essential.  best way to describe as a hull req re-fit? this is a Bruce Roberts Mauritius 43 foot hull with most of its rigging,,  internally  its in a sorry state,  the boat is a 1975 with all the plans,, this was purchased new after been completed in 1988 and quite simply stored where it still stands!!  it has never seen a loch lake river or sea!! sadly the same cannot be said for the internal fixtures and fittings, over the years the cabin area has deteriorated badly in  the uk weather, despite intially been covered and protected nature has got the better over man and seen its way into the cabin,  i know little about boats so cannot answer technical questions however i can tell you after been inside and viewing to take pictures it has the following layout,, full kitchen area 2 bedrooms one up front, and 1 at the rear with has  its own en suite,, seperate bathroom,, inboard engine 4 cylinder ford fully marinised (condition unknown)  after basic internet research i understand the hull is popular and in the water these are£ 60k+   take into account this is a long way from water and will require a crane and low loader to remove from its current location,, teesside north east england.  buyer to arrange removal and transport. recently added picture with the masts erected  was taken in all her glory when she arrived at its current location in 1988 it had undergone a full inspection/survey in 1988 and has the ref 3506   the extensive report put the boat as all been satisfactory and a valuation at £80,000 all of this is included in the sale.
On 21-Aug-16 at 19:12:48 BST, seller added the following information:in response to the many enquirys the boat has the ballast, it also has its sails these are/where new to the boat and been dry stored in the bags and appear in good condition the booms however are missing as are the main mast spreaders
