Excellent opportunity to enter boat ownership,"Joslak" is 18ft long and is of fibreglass construction, and presently moored in brighton marina,This great little boat has been a joy to own and experience marina life,it is fitted out with tv, kettle, fridge, microwave, and has been painted inside and the deck in the last 12 months,it does have an inboard engine that does not run at present,it has some sails stored in the outer compartments that I have not used,it has been taken out with an outboard motor which is not included,the interior furnishings were replaced last year with new cushions and covers (£500)we have had 2 adults and a child sleep onboard although a little cosy,mooring at the marina is £168 per month and this includes, water, parking, wifi and use of the excellent facilities , showers, toilets, all immaculately kept and cleaned 3 times aday,electric is on a prepay meter and has a 240v lead onto the boat via the front hatch,the marina staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.please call 07761457200 with any questions.
