COMPASS SOUTHERLY 23 FOOT SAILING YACHT This boat is perfect for a small family, great for sailing, fishing or cruising. We have had this boat since Dec 15 and are reluctantly selling as we have no time to use her. We have not had any problems and the hull is in perfect condition. The rigging was re done 3 years ago and is in excellent condition. The sails work well and there is a full bag that come with the boat. We have an outboard that is not on the boat but can be purchased separately for $400 and is not part of this sale. It is an 8HP Yamaha and works well. The boat is clean and tidy. She is currently moored at Clareville and we have 2 weeks to move her to a new home. Feel free to have a look
