This is a nice, fast sailing yet stable boat, only ever been in Winnipesaukee. Built in 1976 of fiberglass construction it has a 1600 lb fixed keel drawing 4' of water and has a beam of 8'.  Full set of sails (main, reefable main, jib, genoa, spinnaker and pole).  It has a nice running Evinrude 4.5hp  (carb just rebuilt) 2 stroke long shaft outboard with external tank and hose.  Inside was meticulously detailed and teak cleaned and oiled last summer.  All cushions come with boat. This is a dry boat, no leaks in the rain or otherwise.  No trailer, currently on a cradle at Winnipesaukee. Anchor, life jackets, ladder, lines, cushions, and storage cradle included.
