This Boat is being sold in "as Is" condition. It runs great and is well maintained. The sails are in good shape.the boat has had a new hull put in it and restored within the last 10 years. The boat is kept and maintained out of Langley ,Oklahoma off of Grand Lake. The slip is paid for until December 31st of this year. Shipping and/or taking over slip rent will be up to the buyer and not included in this sale. (slip rent is until Dec.)The engine has less than 300 hours on it. The boat has ac, heat and sleeps 5-6 people comfortably. It does have a galley and a head and shower as well. We have installed sirius satellite receiver and Bluetooth radio/cd player. It come with a marine radio as well. It is a very beautiful boat , but unfortunately not used enough to keep it. All "original" paperwork is still with the boat. I believe we are its third owner.
