Fun in the sun! A boat/6 berth accommodation on the Costa Del Sol. Duquesa Port only 30 mins from Gibraltar or 1 hr from Malaga airport. Regular flights from £40 return and sunshine almost all year round.Campion 925LX Allante. 2008. We have owned her for 6 years. Economical D160 Volvo diesel engines with only 108 hours. Professionally serviced annually, including anode change and antifoul - last done this summer. This is a very seaworthy and well made boat. See this review: http://www.boattest.com/review/campion/2301_allante-lx-925A very good specification with shower, electric toilet, hot water, cooker, microwave, 2 fridges, mood lights, twin radio/cd players, full canopy as well as winter covers, dingy, inflatable toys, GPS map, digital ship to shore etc.The marina is a lovely port with bars and restaurants, beaches and supermarkets. Gibraltar can be reached in 1 hour and diesel is 30p a litre, and booze and tobacco, perfume and jewellery are all tax free. Morocco is 1 hour as is Marbella. The only reason we are selling is to get a bigger boat because we enjoy it down there so much.The berth is also available. It is a lease for 12 years and the cost is £12000. Alternatively there are berths to rent. The annual charges have been paid up to the end of this year.We have RYA qualifications and the boat has been looked after and represents very good value bearing in mind that the new price is £145,000. It is a lovely boat and a holiday home in the sun rolled into one.
