Boat hull and outdrive in excellent condition for its age (1981) , never bottom painted, very fast in a boat of this size, common 260 HP (GM 350) Mercruiser. original seats with no rips in great condition.  Carpet replaced. Cox trailer in solid dependable condition. Both Titles in hand.  The bad news is that it needs a short block.  Block cracked last winter before it was properly winterized. Upper plugs were removed but I missed the lower ones.... My big mistake!!!  I had just removed a bad exhaust manifold to be replaced with a new(NIB)one.  Project sat for a week before I got a chance to get back into it when  I noticed one early cold night can do major damage. Motor was running super and had several new items installed( carb, alternator, starter, coil, full tune-up)The Fix is, in relative to boat terms, not that bad.  However, more work than I can find the time for these days.  Selling "as is" at a substantial loss.  Painful life lesson for me.
