Yamarin 470 Big Fish sports boat. I have owned this boat for about 5 years and its always been a real head turner.
It is incredibly rare, and a great modern colour, really looks great.
Originally, it was fitted with a 60 Yamaha, but with my teenagers using it, I thought I would replace it with a lower power unit. This is a great match as it is very simple to look after, moves the boat well enough to have fun with a dougnut, but will run for hours on a tank of petrol.
The boat is extreemly good quality, made in Finland in the 90's. The quality of fittings and the finish of the hull is shockingly good..There has been no repairs, painting, and the boat remains in excellent condition. At 4.7m /15ft long, it is a good sea boat, but easy to launch and recover.
The engine is a 2006 Tohatsue 30HP 2 stroke, electric and manual start and manual trim. These engines are used by the Japanese fishing boats, with reliabilty and ease or servicing formost in the design. Based on Yamaha, will cause no trouble if looked after.
Trailer is original to the boat, and the price of the package will include new wheels / tyres / suspension units to give the buyer a hassle free tow home. The only reason I have not fitted these at the moment is the boat is still in use and I don't want to put new things in salt water. If you did not require this, £200 will come of the price. The slip where I launch is only 400m from my front door, so a bit of bearing noise didn't worry me.
