I am selling my Chris Craft Constellation 1963, I was leaving on it and it is a great live aboard. The engines work great and have a very low hours (4 hours) and have been re-built in 2012. I installed electronic ignitions on both engines and 1 engine have a new electric gas pump. One engine have a brand new Carburator, the other one have been rebuilt. There is a radio that look like new (west Marine) and GPS and depth finder Garmin Brand new. There is 4 Fresh water tank for a total estimated 160 gallons. The pressure pump need to be replaced. 1 Toilet (manual) 3 Cabins. The haul need a bottom paint and there is some minor wood repair to do above the water line. The septic Tank hold 30 gallons and the pump to empty it need to be replaced. There is 2 battery chargers. 1 is brand new. the other have 4 years and works great. 1 battery is Brand new. One of the starter have been rebuilt 4 days ago. She served us very well and we really enjoyed living aboard. She now need a new owner who can take care of her very well, as we did. The feeling inside this boat is great. Everything is wood. It is a great boat for live aboard folks who want to have a different life style. The boat is currently in a nice marina, the live aboard fee is $350 for 2 people + the slip fee of $530. Of course you can leave this marina and go elsewhere..You have free access to a club house (with full kitchen, Gym and Pool table) Jacuzzi, Swimming pool, Tennis Court and Wash Room...There is also a 2 parking spots, secured by a gate included in the live aboard fee.
