FOR SALE 1981 Sea-Ray Weekender - Offshore BoatTHE GOOD:This boat is in great condition. Powered by a 260hp 5.7L Mercruiser. Newly rewired, new plugs, spark plug wires, distributor, fresh oil/coolant change, 80 gallons of fuel, New bellows, new bilge pumps, reconditioned depth finder, toilet, shower, new water reservoir, alcohol stove, refrigerator. Not one tear in the seats or cabin cushions. They were redone with carpet and soft spots in floor at the end of 2014 season. Clean and new carpet in cockpit. Needs very minor work.
IT NEEDS:New cockpit lights; They may just be burnt out, or a fuse, not sure, all other lights on board work including cuddy, A good buffing on the hull,
It needs a flag for the backRadio and speakers. The old one was damaged by my kids. Fuel pump "Converting to electric fuel pump" Is not hooked up yet. I will supply the new system with purchase. It is much more reliable and accessible than the original mechanical system. Selling because we are moving and there is no big water where we are going to be living. HAS NEVER SEEN SALT WATER
This boat is better made for Ocean travel and perfect for the Great Lakes, not small inland sports lakes. Bimini top is also in good shape, it is original to the boat, so it is not Perfect, but in very good shape.
