TYNE folding dinghy
In fairly good condition. This dinghy is almost rare, not easy to find. Being sold as is.
The skin is still in good condition - the black stripes are from a thin layer of silver rubber coating that had come off when boat was placed on cement floors / tarmac. No actual damage to the skin itself - still waterproof. Bow to stern keel strips can easily be glued on if you wanted to provide extra protection that will cater for beaching etc.The boat has oar locks which can be removed if not needed.The previous owner had attempted to make a sail rig but never finished making the required mast mounts to hold the mast. These are very easy to make. As seen in the photos, there are Lee Boards with a Lee Board bridge. This dinghy originally comes with a transom to hold an small outboard motor - an additional transom fitting was made to hold the rudder with a folding tiller made for sailing.There are 2 bags to hold the frame parts and the skin. The sail rig has no bag, just simply rolled up.
