Payment Terms:    The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00-$1,000 Non Refundable Payment deposit within 24 Hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 Days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle or the vehicle can be released for transport.
Payment Methods: CASH (in person), CERTIFIED CHECK, BANK TRANSFER, THIRD PARTY FINANCE, Paypal for deposit only. Any financing requirements should be handled prior to bidding, please contact a sales associate to help with this step.
Fees and Taxes: $489 documentation fee is applied to any transaction even if it is a wholesale transaction. Arizona residents subject to Arizona Sales Tax and License Fees. Out of State residents will pay any sales tax or licensing fees due in their state of residence. Out of state buyers are responsible for all State, County, City Taxes and Fees, as well as, Title/Registration Fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered, unless customer would like for Luxury Auto Collection to provide this service at an additional cost. A temporary registration comes with every transaction to provide safe transport to any state and allow time for registration.
NO Feedback or Negative Feedback Bidders: We reserves the right to cancel all bids and end a Sale/Auction early at any time, should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. We also reserve the right to cancel any bid from a bidder with Negative Feedback or a total of "0" at anytime we feel necessary. We also understand some people may be new to eBay, please just contact a associate to walk through these steps to insure your Bid or Offer is accepted.

Also, remember that you may have to spend additional money on your vehicle to bring it up to your particular standards. We Cannot guarantee extra keys, floor mats, owner's manuals, jacks, navigation discs and various other movable items. If you can not make it in to do a walk around yourself please feel free to have a third party inspection completed on the vehicle. We can provide a number of local franchises or independent shops that are more than capable to of completing a PSI for you at your cost.
