Selling a 1972 C&C 27' Mark I Sailboat.LOA - 27' 4"
Beam - 9' 2"
Draft - 4' 3"Great boat, sails beautifully but needs some attention, including an engine possibly.Original Atomic 4, ran forever but now appears to be frozen. May be fixable but I think its time for a rebuilt A4 or a diesel, whatever you prefer.Awlgrip still holding up nicely, hull in particular.Bunch of sails, in reasonably good shape: main, 2 jibs & a spinnaker. Many small upgrades in the last couple of years - new head & holding tank, bilge pump / float switch, new batteries, speakers in cockpit, etc.Good bones on this boat but several small projects to finish & no time to get it done. Down below is average for a boat of this vintage. We were content with clean & functional but down below could use some sprucing up - original cushions could be recovered, etc.Focusing on selling this boat to someone who will sail & appreciate her as I have in the past.On Back Creek in Annapolis. Great location, if you're from this area. I believe the slip would be available to you as well, $300 / mo if you need a spot for it.I will provide more photos & other specifics on request.
