This is a private sale, we are giving up boating for good (age related) and we will sell with the boat all the boating items we have.So we are selling our " Viksund 480 Sport boat" ( Blue Spray ). It is GRP construction, It has lovely teak wood work ( see photo 11 ) Quality fittings, two tone blue upholstered seat cushions all in excellent condition.
This a very eye catching open sports boat, lovely shape with lots of seating, an attractive steering console with all the navigation / electronics and extras that one would need for a boat used at sea. I am told that these boats new with this amount of equipment would sell for well in excess of £26,000, most of these boats were exported to the Mediterranean, so not often seen for sale in the UK.It has two engines, a Yamaha 50hp ( F50AET ) four stroke, four cylinder outboard with electric start, power trim/tilt, and fin stabilisers, the hour meter shows 31hrs from new, it's in amazing condition both outside and under the cowl were it resembles a new engine, it also a secondary Mariner engine with under 8hrs use from new, both engines have recently had engine/ gear box oil changes, they run perfectly, I will run both engines for anybody who's interested.It has full navigation equipment, lights, VHF radio, chart plotter with charts, depth/fish finder, compass and Yamaha combination meter that shows rpm, battery condition, hours run, the trim position of the engine and more.The hull is a V shape, designed to cope with offshore waves, it's a great sea boat but equally at home on a flat calm. It's fast, a good boat for skiing or go slowly and then get amazing fuel consumption. It is in lovely condition throughout, it has been little used from new, we bought the boat when nearly new and have kept it stored in our garage when not in use, we are meticulous people and take care of it. Every autumn oil is put down the engine cylinders to protect them and it is always winterised. It has never been out in the rain without a cover on, the condition shows that, we are convinced that the first person that views this boat will buy it as this one resembles a new boat in many aspects.The trailer has multi rollers making launching and recovery very easy, the trailer does not have to be put deep into to the water to recover the boat as the winch will pull the boat on to the rollers and into position.We have used it this summer in the Salcombe / Kingsbridge estuaries, the harbour's fees have been paid for the South Hams area until Febuary 2017 No 4379The hull has just been re anti-fouled with "International Interspeed Ultra"LIST OF ITEMS INCLUDED IN THE SALE ..........
