Hardtop largely in good condition.Stainless largely in decent condition.Cabin largely in good condition.Fishing cockpit – Floor and a few stringers rotted.Stern around Bracket modestly swelled. Repair yard gave estimate of $10K for floor, stringers, and Stern about 5 years ago.Most of the stains from storage should clean up with good scrub, compound and wax.Bottom Paint – will need sanding and replacement, not scaling.Hull has not been surveyed or sounded in last 5 years.15 ‘ outriggers in ok shape, 1 tip repaired.Bulkheads separating cabin from helm, both sides rotted under veneer, needs to be replaced.Transom hatches, replaced with exterior plywood. Needs matching fix to bulkheads,Some teak trim needs replacement.No major cracks, gouges, or the likes. Normal to light wear and tear.Have all factory cushions, two helm seats are beat up some. Others are near new.Helm curtains are sound, should clean up ok. SystemsFuel Tanks – original, aluminum. Have not been pressure tested in last 5 years. Will need old fuel pumped and cleaned. Elec. Primers removed in lieu of manual bulbs.Wipers - New approx. 6 years ago.Lights/Spots - All were working approx. 5 years ago, including Remote spot on hardtop.Hot Water - Hot Water heater bad. Fresh water pump bad.Live well - Pump bad. Same pump as Raw Water.Raw Water - Pump Bad.Macerator - Pump BadHull Trim Tabs - Pump replaced approx. 6 years ago. Pistons were working OK.Electricity - Batteries shot, lot of new wiring approx. 6 years ago, including main harness’s. Should be good in general.Engines - Laid up correctly, not showing problems many Fichts experienced. Always ran octane booster and cleaner per Manufacturer. Will need general service but no major problems would be expected.Electronics - Raytheon 24 mile Radar, approx. 1993, was working when last used. Combo Fish Finder/Chart Plotter, new approx. 6 years ago.VHF, new approx. 6 years ago, interconnected with FF/Plotter emergency call and auto locator.
