On 04-Sep-16 at 16:53:27 BST, seller added the following information:Following an engine run at a viewing yesterday I noticed water dripping from the back of the water pump. I've just been back to the boat today to have a closer look. It's not any of the hoses as the water is leaking from the back of the pump, but as the pump is working correctly (water discharging from the back and no overheating) my best guess is that the water pump seal requires replacing. Having had a brief look online this appears to cost approx £20.
