ConstructionBuilt by Thames Launch Works, Eel Pie Island in 1982 to a design by Bruce Roberts. White steel hull and superstruture. Steel handrails. Box section fin keel, with heavy keel shoe. Rolled steel gunwale capping. Wheel steering to stem hung, skeg supported rudder. Blue Treadmaster non slip to decks and self draining cockpit. Teak laid cockpit seat tops. Teak cockpit grating. Self contained, self draining gas bottle locker. Interior joinery of teak and teak faced ply. 2015 Survey available on request. Seacocks serviced 2016.
CommentsThe Roberts 34 is a comfortable, safe, seaworthy offshore sailing cruiser. This example was professionally built to a very high standard for the original owner, incorporating many constructional features over and above the standard design, including rolled cockpit and a rounded coach roof. She has been maintained to a very high standard, is presented in excellent condition and has recently been upgraded with new standing rigging, new Garmin EchoMAP chartplotter with BlueChart, new Standard Horizon AIS/GPS, a new Fusion entertainment system and much more.
