Hi all,Selling my beloved 220 Islander open bow Baja. I fell into a deal on a bigger Islander 232, so this one will now show another family great times. I have had this boat for 6 seasons, and it is truly water ready. Boat- Bone stock 350 Mercruiser I/O, with an Alpha 1 outdrive. New impeller this year, and a 3 blade stainless prop. 19P. Dual batteries, and have zero issues with it. Changed the oil 2 seasons ago, and never in the water since our local lake is now drained for dam repair. This season, I changed the impeller due to non-use last year, and have ran it three times this summer to run some fresh fuel through it. Starts and idles like anytime before. Fuel has always been ethanol treated. New gauges, wiring, circuit breakers, and red LED cabin lighting. Sound system has no subs, but 4 6x9s and a Sony deck, Tilt and trim work perfect. Interior is in great shape, there are a couple small tears on the rear sun pad where the hinges attach, and a small tear on the passenger seat. Nothing that was enough that I had to recover. Rear swim platform that previous owner covered in rubber truck bed liner, but totally OK. Interior ski locker in the floor is still nice teak that gets oiled every outing. Floor, transom, and stringers are solid. Bilge pump works, but to be honest, I have never had to use it. Could use a buff on the maroon gel coat, where the sun line hits it at the cover. I truly believe a good wet sand would bring it back to near showroom condition. Never fished in, once. Has a bow cover, a sun cover, and a custom sewn mooring cover in matching red. Cover alone was 750.00 two seasons ago. NEVER kept overnight in water, always kept covered on a lift during the summer. Winters she rested winterized, waxed, and covered under roof. Trailer- tandem axle painted to match. A couple new spring packs and hangers were installed 2 years ago, new winch, new strap for that winch. Surge brakes that work great. All lighting on trailer works. There are two small rust spots under the trailer frame that will need welded, but the price reflects it. Tires are fair, and will need replaced before serious mileage. We didn't trailer that much with it. Delivery is possible, but negotiable. I can supply more pictures and a short video of the last outing, showing gauges at idle and putting up on plane. This is a very, very nice boat for it's age, and I believe at more than a fair price. Please run any questions through eBay, and allow me 24 hours to respond due to work schedules. Thanks for looking!
