Built by Curtis and Pape in their yard situated at Looe, Cornwall in 1962.This is a classic one-off wooden cutter being sold as an on going project.. The boat is 11.42m, W3.35M, D1.6M, displacement 13 TonsHull is 1.3/16" pine planking on oak framesThe boat has been out of the water for the past 4/5 years on hard standing and therefore needs work as there has been some drying of the hull over time. There is also carpentry work required inside to finish work started some time ago. Previously, the boat was sailed around the uk and across to Spain and Portugal and was a strong sturdy yacht however a change of circumstances now means it needs to be sold as I am unable to finish the re-fit or sail.The engine was running well when last used but would benefit from work to improve the mountings and general refit of the engine room.There is still work to finish this re-fit. A new charger is required, the pushpit and pulpit and a couple of staunchions need re-securing and there is varnish and painting needed to be completed along with a general tidying.It is Part 1 Registered.Aft Cabin with 2 passage berths and storage under. Centre cockpit with shelter, ships wheel with hydraulic steering. Switch panel with Raymarine ST40 wind-depth-log instruments. Wheelpilot steering. Access to gas locker, fresh water tank filler. Silva RT and navtex interfaced to GPS. Compass. Manual bilge pump.Down steps to main saloon. Two under floor steel water tanks each holing 30 gallons. Galley is mahogany with beech. S/S Sink and mixer tap. Gimballed cooker with 2 hob and oven. Fridge and storage. Fwd Cabin has V berths with infill to convert into double. Heads has Jabsco sea toilet and wash basinChart table and nav area Garmin GPS 128 , 12 channel receiver, voltmeter.Access to engine room. Vetus plastic 48gallon diesel tank. Perkins 4.236 direct injection diesel engine 72hp, recon starter motor. Hydralic FNR gearbox, s/s propshaft, 3 blade prop 22", 2.105amphr agm batteries, 1.85 amphr agm battery, 55amp alternator. Jabsco engine driven emergency bilge pump. Fresh water pump and accumulator tank. 10ltr calorifier with immersion heater.45lb CQr anchor + 240ft chain plus anchor winch with remote control. Kedge anchor.Deck mounted mast tabernacle 45ft aluminium mast with steps, deck light, double spreaders, halyard winch. Reckman s/s roller furling jib gear. Mainsail and high cut jib from hong kong sailmakers used only on 2 occasions, the staysail is old and well used, loose footed trysail, lazyjacks and mainsail cover.The aft cabin and saloon are both stripped out, would take simple carpentry to re-fit.It is now on hard standing in Hampshire.
