Last surveyed in June 2015 and structurally the hull was found to be in excellent condition with only minor pitting. Copy of survey on request.
Extensive interior improvements in 2016.
Recent maintenance (2015) including new rudderstock bearings, gas locker floor, new leisure batteries, new deck boards front & rear.
Boat Safety Certificate until 2019.
Dry docked and blacked in Summer 2013.
Description (walkthrough from front)
Front deck houses large gas and storage locker, and 250ltr water tank, installed in 2012.
Front doors open into a light and roomy open-plan saloon area with recently purchased Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove, 12v cd/stereo and speakers, and six large windows.
Leading into the galley, with storage and work surfaces along with large stainless steel sink, Rinnai tankless water heater, gas oven and hob.
From the galley a corridor leads past the bathroom with small bath, shower, sink, and cassette toilet.
Both the water pump and sump pump operate on internal 12v power supply.
Past the bathroom into the bedroom which houses a custom built double bed and frame, with six large drawers plus a ton of under-bed storage (could also house a pumpout tank if required). Wardrobe to rear. Two large windows.
Mounted on the rear bulkhead is the control station with an excellent pure sine 1.2 kW Mastervolt inverter, plus solar panel regulator unit, along with 12v regulator panel and charge selector.
Back door and sliding hatch open out onto large cruising rear deck, housing Lister SR3 engine, 2 new leisure batteries, 1 starter battery, shoreline 240W hookup, and classic Morse cruising control panel and throttle.
Electrics
12v ring throughout and12v lighting, powered by two leisure batteries, charge maintained by 80w BP Solar panel. 240W ring via onboard inverter, or shoreline hookup.
