We’re selling a BRAND NEW i.e. never run since factory testing Beta Marine 30hp diesel engine with a 5 year warranty. We bought the engine directly from Beta Marine in England, collected it from their factory and drove it to Portugal ourselves. We were going to fit it in a boat which needed other work doing as well. Then we had a baby and now we have no spare time to work on the boat. Free shipping to UK is INCLUDED. We will have the engine delivered to your UK address (as long as Direct Transport will deliver there at their standard rate, which they will if you're not out of the way: http://directtransport.net/) within 4 weeks (hopefully quicker but it depends on Direct Transport's collection schedules). If you want it delivered elsewhere, contact me and we can look at shipping costs.This is an absolutely fantastic package at a great price. Altogether, this engine and parts cost over £7,000. * 25mm split coupling for propeller shaft
* Flexible engine mounts
* 2 x spare salt water cooling impellers
* 1 x spare alternator belt
* 2 x spare oil filters
* 1 x spare fuel filter
* 3 x cooling stack zinc anode
* 2 x cooling stack rubber o-ring
* Stanley toolbox which currently contains all the spares
* Engine and gearbox manualsThis is everything you will need for many, many years of motoring bliss!When lifting the engine into the boat (to be clear, it's still in the shipping box in the boat - it has never been removed from that or installed in the engine bay), the paint on the hoist points got fractured, as you would expect with the weight of the engine bearing down on them. I don't like cracked paint so I repainted these two areas! I didn't have red paint, though, so I used what I had, which was grey. This means the engine is not red all over as in the pictures but has two grey patches. At least the hoist points won't rust!
