2016 Twin Vee 31' catamaran center console with twin Suzuki DF300 four stroke outboards. 6 year warranties on the Suzuki's.Electronics include a Lowrance HDS12 Gen 3 with the Structure Scan 3-D transducer, Icom VHF and a stereo system with 4 speakers and a sub-woofer in the console side. The controls are fly by wire and have full function multi-gauges.The boat is located in the best marina in Key West. It's located in a bottom corner in the barn (best location by far) which allows for a bait freezer (included). Full service marina that includes a full wash and engine rinse after every use along with bait and ice delivered and loaded. Beautiful private bar, restaurant, accommodations and beautiful pool on the property. No wake zone issues just pull out and throttle up to great diving and fishing out front. lobster and fishing numbers included!The boat rides very soft and is crazy dry. Fuel efficiency is excellent for a boat this size (deck space of a 35)...I got 1.6 at 37 mph.Very low use custom trailer and a storage cradle is included in the sale.This is a true turn key situation.
