1987 Top Hat Mark Three Sailing Pocket Cruising Yacht Fixed Keel 4' , 1.2m draft .This yacht is in good used condition comes with roller furling jib and usable mainsail with reefing points , also has a spare old mainsail with patches and an old roller furling genoa , it now has a new sail cover as the one in the picture was torn . The boat was last slipped and antifouled may 2013 all seacocks were changed with metal units not plastic , a new toilet was fitted it has L.E.D. Cabin and Navigation Lights , a manual bilge pump and an electric bilge pump . The side windows have been changed with brown tinted polycarbonate , most running rigging has been changed with high quality double braided nylon or spectra . It has a 2011 Honda 10 HP Four Stroke Outboard Motor. It has a Honda genuine service kit . I sailed single handed from the Hawkesbury River N.S.W. to Whyalla South Australia . It has a solar charger but needs a solar panel , comes with a new powerful DSE Capable Marine Radio , Digital EPIRB that gives your exact position . Comes with a Garmin Colour Map Plotter with complete chart for Australia and New Zealand , Fiji to New Caledonia , Tahiti Polynesia , U.S.A. including Alaska and Hawaii .Comes with a walker bay poly 8' dingy and oarsYacht is pick up only after receiving cleared payment in full thankyou .
