Delah is a mahogany carvel launch with oak ribs and GRP outer skin, built in the 1930/40s, painted pale cream and blue anti-foul with red waterline.General arrangement: A short varnished foredeck with cleats, fairleads, port and starboard lights, horn and petrol tank filler. The petrol tank is galvanised steel, sealed internally with Flowliner Armour Coat; capacity about 20 litres. The forward cockpit has a central engine housing and destroyer-type wheel at the bulkhead with lockers and a bench seat. The aft cockpit is surrounded by benches with a storage locker in the stern. The stern deck is fitted with cleats, a stern light and flag pole socket. The rudder is mahogany, coated with clear epoxy.Length – 17 ft Beam - 6 ft Draft – 1.5 ft Engine – Parsons Model C4M (marinized Ford Prefect engine) Number 6042-2348 with electric start and FNR gears. 10HP. Recently professionally restored. Boat Safety Scheme registration expires 11 May 2019 A detachable green and white-striped canopy is included in the sale. Included in the sale is a modern de Graaf twin axle trailer, purchased for the boat in August 2013.
