Teal 22 project. being sold on behalf of the owner who due to ill health can on longer carry on with the restoration.The vessels hull and superstructure are in sound condition. The engine is seized and condition unknown. The Enfield leg prop shaft spins freely although a new prop would be required. The interior is dry and all the original equipment is there but condition unknown. It has a recent replacement cockpit canopy which is watertight and undamaged.The vessel is to be sold as seen without any warranty.She is currently on the hard standing at Port Hampton. The vessel can remain with agreement with the landlords.
