P.S. I would trade for a 23-30' Center Console Fishing Boat, PLUS I have a 1966 Lincoln Continental that's worth $10-12k value. I'll trade BOTH for the RIGHT boat. The Value is around $26,500+K for both boat & car.

Please read what I wrote, I know I forgot something, if you want to know anything, I'll try to answer it for you as best as I can.
The Boat is sitting in Huntington Beach Harbor in a 30' Slip, you would have to move it or take over slip fees which is around $300+ a month.
Story is, I traded my nice 27' Offshore Fishing boat for this Bertram a few months ago and now I'm WAY over my head with this one!!!! The reason is because I've always had boats on trailers and storage was never an issue because it goes right in my driveway along with my other toys that I have. I really do not want to get rid of this boat, but right now is not the right time for me to have it (I work many hours). Some Info on Bertram:  I have a clean title in hand for this clean 1972 28' Bertram Yachts Fly-bridge Cruiser Fishing Boat. This is a CLEAN boat for its age, with a little bit of TLC you will have an excellent boat on your hands (she already is an excellent boat)! Plus the prices are always up on these vessels, so no loss at all here!  This is one of the BEST selling Bertram's out there, designed along the lines of the classic Bertram 31's, the 28's became quickly to established their reputation among serious anglers as a rugged and very durable offshore fisherman with the comfortable cabin accommodations. The fiberglass deep-V hull and the 11' beam is a wide girl for a 28 footer vessel!
The Hull/Exterior:   Hull is in great shape for its age, needs a really good detail and buffing on the gel coat. I would maybe pull it out and have the bottom repainted as it was done less then two years ago. I also would have the zincs replaced while it's out of the water (just to be safe). I would also have all the shafts & props cleaned & polished. Hull does have some very minor upper top/deck cracks, scratches, etc - but NOT damaged to where its not repairable. Has teak swim platform, live-well, swim ladder (taken off, but I have it), new Bimini top, large fishing deck, exterior deck lights, stainless railing, torpedo tubes, etc.The Interior:   Interior is in great shape with very little wear & tear. Seems like everything works inside this vessel (except fridge, needs replacement). Head (with holding tank), bathroom sink, kitchen sink, has some drawers for storage, cabinets, front queen bed, dinette seating for 4 (turns into a bed), sliding windows, fishing pole over-head storage, 12volt interior lights, etc . The Flybridge:   Dual engine/throttle controls, manual cable steering, course setter 21r, Furuno FCV-663, Standard Horizon Eclipse radio, Furuno FM-2610 Radio, Newly upholstered seat, newer Bimini top, and yes it ALL works! The Dual Engines:    Dual Chrysler fresh water cooled engines (with salt water on the risers only), I think they are 250 HP each, shaft driven, transmissions (unknown make), etc.  PORT SIDE MOTOR NEEDS A STARTER (working on getting one now), STARBOARD SIDE RUNS GREAT, INSTALLED NEW WATER HOSES, NEW EXHAUST MANIFOLDS, NEW RISERS, EXHAUST TUBES, AND REBUILT WATER PUMP (I'll get updated pictures of the SB engine work done). Both Engines have fresh oil in them and new antifreeze. Has 165 Gallon Fuel tank. PLEASE let me know if I have forgot something, which I know I have.
