Compression is 165 psi - that's same as new.  New parts : fuel pump, cables starter , spark plugs, cap and rotor, coil, propeller, tilt pump, gear oil. synthetic motor oil, oil filter , fuel filter, new fabric on cushions, new ignition, 360 degree night light, hull plugs.   Hull is in excellent condition , glass in good condition, New steering ram seals (this is a must on all boats).
