Finn Clipper 35  - Year of build 1970 This is a nice little motor sailer project for someone keen on purchasing a small live aboard motor sailer for the Med. I have been asked to sell this on behalf of a friend, as I know a bit about boats. The owner, sadly now deceased has left his family to dispose of it, hence ending on my doorstep. Built in Turco Finland and enjoys quite a following in classic cruisers. There is some life in the old girl yet and all up together will be ready for new adventures. Restored versions are fetching around the 25 - 40,000 Euro region. It has a hot & cold pressurised  shower /  pump sea toilet / separate wash basin / small galley / forward double cabin / saloon with two convertible bunks / nav station / saloon table / small wheel house / large cockpit for it's size. Could be a nice little yacht.  There is some rot in the cockpit floor, but inside looks solid. The hull and bridge deck is in GRP and looks fairly sound. A new engine was fitted fairly recently apparently and the boat is lying out of the water on the hard in the prestigious Club Nautica Marina in Moreira on the Costa Blanca, mainland Spain. For a limited time to get the boat up to working condition, this will be available free of charge for someone wanting to do the restoration. The boat was actually in the water until a month ago, but the owners were asked to vacate their own berth for another boat in return for free hard standing as the berth is more valuable let out. It is full of junk and would benefit from a skip parked next to the boat and sift out the treasure from the trash. There are some modern electronics amongst dated stuff, but not sure what is fitted and what's not! It was still in use 2 years ago, but it has been stuck in its mooring since.  I would advise anyone to take a look at the boat prior to bidding. It has blue hulls in need of a re-paint I feel, but may polish up, will need antifouling, anodes etc. I am probably painting a bleak picture but it is not that bad, and I am sure someone will be happy to sort this one out, mostly cleaning!    Year: 1970Flag: German Shipyard: FISKARS (FI) Material: Fibreglass Beam: 3,05 m Draft: 1,35 m Displacement: 7200 Kg Cabins: 1 + 1 Berths: 5 Heads: 1 Water capacity: 300 L Make of the motor: PERKINS 75 HP Fuel capacity: 180 L
