36HP Bukh diesel (runs well)12 volt electrics with 240V inverter160 ltr fridgeElectric toilet, digital TV, Muir electric forward and reverse winch, self furling jibs, double forward bed, lounge coverts to another double bed, 2 solar panels, wind gerator, petrol generator, stick welder, sea anchor, 4 man life raft, davis, 2m inflatable with mercury 3HP, good sails, Lowrance HDS 7 chartplotter (Gold Charts) and auto pilot with autohelm backup, radar overlay, hydraulic steering, good sails and ropes. Slipped in April (see last pic), antifouled, rudder housing recoed and replaced anodes. 2.5m inflatable in pics is included but is in need of patches.450ltr Fuel tank and 100ltr waterI sailed this yacht up from Sydney in May and it ran and sail extremely well. Jib sail as a small tear under the sun cover but just needs to be sewed over. Main sail good condition. Very solid steel hull with no structural rust but has some surface rust (until slipped in Nov) and has dints alround. Deck has rust and rust stains all over but nothing major. Inside is livable as is but could do with a reno to make it more livable.I have it booked to be slipped on 25th Nov to paint the hull and antifoul so it does not need to come out of the water again for renovation. This is included in the sale if needed.Comes with private Ballina river mooring (in the river opposite Ballina Co-op Marina) if needed. $630 per year paid up to Dec 2016. 2 x 1 tonne block mooring.
