Selling my much loved Freeman 23 Cruiser including mooring until 31/03/2017 in Tewkesbury. Only selling due to ill health meaning I can no longer use her she is in her original gelcote. Not painted except none slip decks. Obviously this is a dry boat, no leaks or standing water anywhere onboard her. Needs carpets to finish off that's it. I don't like carpets on boats but I'm told that's common now. Good tidy reliable little boat. What I would call a turn key, nothing to do but turn up and leave. Ready to start cruising Petrol engine. Watermota (Full service every season regardless of use). New water pump impeller, starter motor and alternator this year. Also electronic ignition fitted. Comes with: 2000W 12V pure sine wave inverter Hard top roof new this season at a cost of £1252.00 100W solar panel charging 2 x 95 amp hour leisure batteries in parallel as well as a heavy duty engine battery on split charge. All new this year at a cost of £600.00 Automatic bilge pump brand new in March. Never had to use it but its there just in case.Stuffing box repacked in April this year when it was out of the water Bottom anti fouled this season in April. Also full check under the waterline, no remedial work needed at all Cuttless bearing no play checked at same time as above. All outside varnish has had three coats this season. All new rubbing strakes around, all new handrails in and out. New bedding (not been slept in) March this year New cooker and oven three years ago - only ever boiled a kettle on it New three years ago Stainless steel fuel and water tanks both 200 L Viewings welcome by arrangement only as on a private mooring and the owners don't like people wandering around.
