This is a great Narrowboat which has been used as a live aboard and can be moved onto straight away, it had a full survey when I bought it 3 months ago and this can be seen.. There are no issues with the hull and has been regularly blacked, most recently blacked in June 2016 after the survey was carried out. The engine is a Beta Marine 37 hp 1.7 lt. Two new domestic batteries have been fitted, and I have put in a Victron battery charger and a galvanic isolator. There really is nothing to do on this boat. I bought the boat in July, but my dog hates it ands I can't leave her on her own making life a little tricky. The cabin height is 6ft4 which gives it a very spacious feel. In the cabin area there is a fixed double bed with a brand new memory foam mattress, with a wardrobe and under bed storage. The bathroom has a sink, shower and a Thetford cassette toilet, with 2 cassettes. In the living space, there is a gas Vanette cooker and hob, 12 watt fridge, storage cupboards, the living area has a very homely feel. Water is heated by an immersion heater or the engine and there is a boatman stove for heating. There is more storage space in the bow and front locker (comes with coal and some kindling) Currently in Northampton viewing can be arranged from the 15th October
