This little yacht has been racing successfully for several years. It has suffered collision damage to the port bow which has been patched roughly with fibreglass to keep water out and allow it to still be sailed. In this damaged / repaired condition in the last six races of summer series it finished first four times, one second place and a third place. so it still sails very well.Would suit someone who is good with fibreglass and is prepared to put time in to a neater repair. The good news;Comes with a set of cruising sails in good condition. Spectra main halyard recent. Spectra backstay recent. Good mainsheet. Rig has been used for racing and all works. Winches good. The bad news; The collision damage has cracked the anchor well and is visible from inside the boat (see photo's) and is not completely watertight. The temporary repair allows boat to be sailed and raced though.Boat does take water, needs to be bailed every 2 to 3 weeks, depending on swell and useage. Wasn't a problem for us as it was being raced every week so we bailed it every time we used it. Currently lying Watsons Bay if you want to inspect.
