33ft ( 10meter) center cockpit family cruising yacht with large volume interior, separate aft cabin, wheel steering, 35hp diesel, 7 berths, recent upholstery, hull epoxy coated in 2013/4. SAILS & RIG:Masthead bermudan sloop. Silver anodised mast and boom. Spinnaker pole. Stainless steel standing rigging (new 2000). Terylene running rigging. Round boom furling mainsail. Hanked headsails. 2 x Lewmar 40 sheet winches. 2 x Lewmar 7 halyard winches on mast. 2 x Lewmar 7 spinnaker winches. Mainsail - good. Mainsail - fair. Working jib - very good.
ENGINE:Thorneycroft T90 4 cylinder 35HP inboard diesel engine with freshwater heat exchanger. 40 gallon fuel tank with a consumption per hour of around ½ a gallon at a cruising speed of 5.5 to 6 knots. Shaft drive to bronze fixed propeller. Alternator charging to 2 12 volt batteries. (new prop shaft and cutlass bearing 2014) with rope cutter to fixed 2-bladed propeller. Mains battery charger. Solar panel.

Saloon with large U-shaped seating area which converts to a double berth with dining table to starboard and linear galley to port equipped with a Flavel Vanessa 2-burner gas cooker with oven and grill, fridge, sink, cool box and storage. Sliding chart table aft to port over a quarter berth. Aft cabin accessed via the cockpit with two single berths and stowage space in various lockers. Blue/brown upholstery (new 2014) with white curtains and brown carpets. Pressurized hot and cold water system heated by a Valiant gas water heater (may not meet current gas regulations). Cutlery and crockery included.
