For Sale "Elysium" my gorgeous Birchwood 370 Commando, she is a British built piece of art, the build and finish quality of a Birchwood boat leaves the vast majority of imported boats in the shadows, built 1999 and first commissioned 2000 for her original owner she is a testament to quality British craftsmanship.She has been meticulously maintained throughout her life.I have extensively refitted her this year with all of the mattress's having been recovered, all new upholstery in the cockpit which is a gorgeous two tone grey in "Silvertex" fabric (not cheap vinyl), New custom steering wheel to name but a few items attended too.I have just ordered a full new set of covers in grey to compliment the interior, whilst the current covers are serviceable, aesthetically they do let the boat down a little, the new covers will be ready in a month or so and are included in the asking price.She also has had new flexi teak decking on the bathing platform, hull and topside polish, full engine servicing, new belts etc, Full stern drive service including full rebuilds, full set of new propellers, seals, bearings etc, she is literally turn key ready for her new owner.The Volvo CAD 43DPs are very frugal making her inexpensive to enjoy.The Commando 370 is a deceptively spacious yacht all round, she has a huge cockpit, triple helm seat with a double seat to the side, the rear surround seating is comfortable for 6 adults and with the unique twin table arrangement offers great flexibility when socialising.the cockpit also benefits from a cockpit fridge, sink and food prep area as well as courtacy lighting at deck level.She has a very large owners cabin and a second twin cabin for guests or family.The master cabin has both a "Jack and Jill" toilet on the starboard side and separate "Jack and Jill" shower room port side, there is storage in abundance in the wardrobe, draws and cabinets.The second cabin boast, hand basin, masses of storage and full length mirror with and insert to turn it into a double bed also.
