I have used her very little during the past 5 seasons ownership, hence the reason for sale. She has always wintered ashore with a dehumidifier running most of the year. I was particularly attracted to her prior to purchase as her interior is almost as new. I had a comprehensive survcy carried out prior to purchase, a copy is available to view if required. During my ownership I have carried out the following improvements/upgrades ;Hull antifoul completely stripped back to gelcoat 2012, as the antifoul had built up so much over the years, and by all accounts appeared not to have been applied/prepared properly in the first place - pictures available. New self polishing (Blakes/Hempel) anti foul applied each season sinceStainless steel 'gates' added to both port and starboard side rails/stanchions in order to allow boarding easierAll standing rigging professionally replaced (June 2012)Shaft and propeller replaced 2013/14. I have put together a 'photobucket' album with over 70 pictures showing the hull stripped back to gelcoat, and various cruising and general images available at this link ; http://s1156.photobucket.com/user/tim65fastback/library/boat%20pics?sort=2&page=1Viewing highly recommended, please message me and I will be happy to give you a contact phone number. No canvassers please. Her general specification is as follows ;Mechanical and Rigging Yanmar 3GM 27hp engine - shaft drive - engine serviced annually, spare raw water pump and some spares included (shaft replaced 2014, shaft seal replaced at same time).
