In usable and reasonably smart condition, except for the fabric sheath around the inflatable tube. Note that the tube can be removed - an enthusiastic dinghy sailor would want this off I think, as it would restrict the angle of dangle a racer would want! The sail kit has never been used, but has been stored in a barn, so there are a few dirty marks on it.The keel shows evidence of the boat having been dragged across a stony beach, but is not compromising the boats seaworthiness. The rudder and dagger board are good, as are all the other fittings.
