Description Condition: Used Year: 1975 Make: HUNTER
1975 Hunter 27, John Cherubini designed, Hunter 27. In good condition. This boat is in our slip in Warwick RI. In the last 6 years this boat has had many upgrades. Inside: The vinyl was removed from the cabin walls and a light grey marine duty material was installed. The berth cushions have been reupholstered with a darker grey schotch guarded material. The boat has a head with a 13 gallon tank. All the cabin light fixtures were replaced with modern units. The alcohol stove was professionally rebuilt 4 years ago. There is a good running Yanmar diesel engine.Outside:Running rigging replaced, life lines replaced, led navigation lights installed. Steaming light and deck light are 2 years old. Led Anchor light. Anti skid installed on fore deck. Schaffer roller furling installed. Head sail is a 155 that has very little use since purchased. In very crisp, near new condition. The main is older but serviceable. 2 anchors, fenders, docklines, are all included. All that is needed to sail is life jackets.Trailer:I have a home-built trailer that I used to store this boat on each fall. The marina would deliver the boat to my business on their truck. They would place it on my trailer, where I would move the boat into my warehouse. (Yes, for the past 5 years the boat has been in heated dry storage each winter). I replaced the axles 5 years ago they are rated at 11000 lbs. with electric brakes. The brakes are not connected to the wiring. I do not think that the tires and axles have more than a 1000 feet of mileage. There is no title, nor have I ever bothered to register it. The trailer is currently stored at my business in Ashford CT
