She is in very good original gel-coat condition and one of the photos shows her in April this year with new anti-fouling, just before lifting back into the water. Whilst out of the water, all new Dehler cockpit seating was fitted as well as a new 316 stainless steel holding tank and all new toilet pipework. Most sea cocks were renewed or serviced. Fitted with a feathering 2 bladed propeller which was refilled with grease. New 4 man life raft(2016) 6 Berths in 3 cabins, 2 in fore cabin, 2 in main cabin and 2 in a big double after cabin. All upholstery is good. Three burner oven/hob and a good refrigerated cold box which runs off 12 volts via battery/mains charger.VAT paid.
