sturdy well built racing  vessel well constructed and thought out with loads of storage can sleep two in separate  front cabin needs cushions for bed  sea toilet in front cabin with wash basin and running water and hanging space for clothes in the main cabin you have a two plate cooker and grill on gimbals a galley sink with running water , the main cabin can sleep two with another two in back quarter cabins it has a working garmin gps and depth sounder . the engine is a perkins 3 cylinder marine diesel which runs very well although the starter is sticking so will need a  service . the rigging is good and it comes with a full set of sails being 1&2 genoas , main sail , main jib , storm jib and spinnaker all in good condition the boat is well thought out and has loads of storage space  and comes with anchor and chain ropes and fenders it also has safety gear and new cushions in the main cabin . I bought the boat to do with my dad as a late life father son project so we could do some sailing and fishing but unfortunatley he died a couple of months ago and myself diagnosed with cancer just before that I now have neither the time , inclination or funds to continue . so far I have put a new rudder and  main hatch cover and painted the front and main cabin and some of the wood work but it still needs some wiring checked and  tidied and bulbs in the in the nav lights and cabin checked the boat is currently moored in Portsmouth harbour where mooring is cheap and readily available at various marinas or the harbour master . any questions pls ask
