A beautifully presented Traditional stern narrowboat, currently used as a live aboard. With so many unique elements inside and out she has been lovingly kept by her current and previous owners. With an unusual livery and unique v shaped hull she always turns heads.Entering from the bow, through a large covered cratch area, ideal for storage and sitting out on a summers evening, you then enter into the utility area where there is ample storage for jackets bags and shoes. A hotpoint washing machine is situated in this area. Continuing through the french doors into the main cabin area, it is a large open space which remains bright and airy throughout the day as the boat has many skylights, light domes and hatches. A Morso squirrel heats this area and a back boiler is connected to this heating each radiator in the rooms further down the boat. The kitchen has a traditional sink and vintage cooker and there is plenty of storage space throughout this area. As you continue through the boat you enter a walk through bathroom, with large sink, Thetford cassette toilet and full size bath with overhead shower. The hot water is heated by an instant hot water gas boiler. there is a wardrobe within the bathroom for storage as well as under sink storage, and an access hatch under the bath for maintenance or further storage. A secondary bedroom/study/dressing room is complete with an Epping stove, perfect for slow cooking on a winters day. The room is large enough to become a second bedroom or as it is currently which is an open plan dressing room area. Another bright and airy roomWalking through into the engine room, you will find many areas for storage surrounding the Lister ST3 engine which propels the boat. There is 240v and 12v supplies throughout the boat and this is maintained with a Victron Multiplus Invertor and Galvanic Isolator which are connected to the 2 x 12v 165ah Deep cycle batteries and starter battery. As your journey comes to an end you reach the back cabin. A cosy and warm double bedroom with a small 'pipsqueak' stove in the corner, perfect for heating the legs whilst cruising.
