App. 31ft x 10ftThis is an ideal project, made by Senior. Until recently, this was used as a livaboard and was taken out a few weeks ago as the previous owner wished to use the mooring for a different craft. It has no means of propulsion and definitely wants some TLC to the inside and out, however, I have been assured the boat is watertight, therefore this is a lot of boat for little money and would fetch 7k and up if finished to a good spec. It is based at a boatyard and included in the sale will be at least 2 weeks storage fees (£113 a month roughly). The boat can stay where it is at or can be craned out at the buyers expense. The boat can be viewed, so please contact me if you wish this to be arranged. Please remember, the winning bidder is contractually bound to pay for the item and I will expect payment within one week of the end of the auction. Failure to do so may result in legal action being taken against you, where expenses including storage fees may be sought.
