I moved to Seattle and need to sell my boat. I found 12 boats like mine for sale around the country.  They range from 40k to 79k. It goes on the hard at the end of the month. Buy it now or in the spring with a fresh bottom job. Of course the price will go up to reflect the new bottom. With 700hrs on the boat and new upholstery on the bridge the boat is in much better shape than when I bought it in Cleveland in 2005 for 55k. This is the floor plan that has a V berth and large salon. Comes  with a dingy on Weaver davits. 2 radios 2 GPS's and a flow scan meter to keep track of fuel burned.
