This boat is excellent condition and very well maintained by it's original owner and his marina. The gentleman is in his 80's and health issues force him to retire from boating.   There is a forward cabin with a large V Berth and a toilet. To the center is a Galley with a sink, a 2 Burner Range and an Icebox. Across from that is a good size convertible Dinette. The upholstery and cushions are all in good condition.   The boat had a complete repower in 1994 with a new 5.7 Liter Mercruiser engine and outdrive. There is only 450 hours on the new engine. It runs exceptionally well and the tilt and trim work great. The following work was done in this past 2015-2016 season: New toilet, Manifolds, Risers, Carburetor, Valve job, new Seawater Pump, new Fuel Pump plus the Outdrive was completely rebuilt including new bellows. This boat came out of the water this afternoon, we washed the bottom, serviced it and it's ready to go back in the water now. It's "Turn Key" and ready to go.   John Allmand built high quality and very durable boats throughout his career. This is a very good example of a well cared for 23 Hardtop.    This boat was gifted to the American Children’s Society and they have authorized us to sell it for them with NO RESERVE.   The boat will be sold AS-IS to the highest bidder regardless of price!     This boat does not have a trailer. We can load it on yours free of charge. Local delivery is also possible for a nominal fee and we can help arrange long distance US shipping if necessary. If you need a trailer we may know of a used one that's available.     This is a NO RESERVE! Auction   The Boat will absolutely be sold to the highest bidder!     We are doing our part to make this an easy transaction.
