Bass Cat Pantera II powered by a 200 HP Mariner EFI.  Hummingbird 998c  at console and 788c DI at bow.  Does have a 1240A in-dash flashers.  MinnKota Talon 8', Marine Stero, jack plate, tandem axle trailer, on board charger, etc.  Bought in April 2006.  Have orinigal paper Work from the factory.  No mechanical problems with engine.  NO BLOWN POWERHEAD - EVER.  I buying a new boat so need to sell.  Conroe, Texas
