The keel fairing between the stub keel and the lead ballast is cracked indicating that there are some fractured laminates in the stub keel. The keel bolt fasteners appear serviceable. The rudder post is bent and the skeg is broken at the bottom. Hull in fair condition for age. Vessel has recent roll and tip marine paint in fair condition on hull. Deck is original gelcoat in serviceable condition. In general, it appears that someone was renovating this vessel prior to accident. Not all equipment could be tested as no power to vessel at time of inspection. Other: Anchor locker with anchor and rode Boom, removed, in fair condition, appears serviceable. Cockpit or Helm station in fair condition for age, wheel/cable steering binnacle. Deck in fair condition for age, serviceable. Gauges and controls, tachometer, not tested. Keel, fixed external lead.
