Fully working Trident Sailing Yacht 24 foot.I purchased this boat 3 years ago as part of training and learning sailing, since then I have been to: london st catherines, ipswitch, blackwater, france (belougne, dunkirk and calais) and the isle of wight, so the boat is definitely ready to use a proven. Trident boats are well known, they are very sturdy and well built, but definitely not the fastest boats in the water. If you want a fast boat this is not it, if you want a sturdy, forgiving boat read further.This is a triple keel boat so it is happy on rivers what dry out and can be transported on a flatbed. It's yanmar 10hp marine diesel engine 1gm10 isn't the newest or quietest but starts every time and has worked wonders over the last few years.All the sails are traditional hank on, their is 1 main and 3 front sails at varying sizes as well as a unused spinnaker never managed to work that one out.The sails all work but as an old boat aren't perfect shape anymore and show a bit of wear and tear.I live quite far from the boat which is one reason for selling it, the other reason is wanting a larger boat as I believe I have finished my training in that area and would like a larger boat to live on it, in the Mediterranean for a few years... if all goes well.It has been anti-fouled beginning of this season, based at Up River Yacht Club Hullbridge Sussex but about to be lifted out of the river to be stored for the winter.As a 1980's boat expect working but well used and showing signs off age. I will be down on Saturday to help anyone who wants to view. Sorry but serious bidders only. I purchased and sold my first boat on here successfully.Depth sounder is analogue and works, lights all work, 2 working batteries, 1 replaced this year. Speedometer doesn't work I tend to use my phone. Radio old but working, option of a tender and solar panel.
