I am selling my fabulous 2005 Jeanneau Prestige 46 due to relocation. She is a great example with all the right extras you need for UK and Med boating. Currently lying on the Hamble, UK.More photos here - She is powered by twin Volvo Penta TAMD75P EDC diesels on shafts at 480HP each, circa 550 hours. They are really clean and were both serviced in May 2016 including a reverse gear oil change. The boat is just under 48 feet LOA (14.7m) but for mooring sakes with the tender on the back you’ll need a 15m berth. She is lovely and wide with a 4.5m beam so she’s very spacious inside and handles beautifully in most seas. Her flared bow means you get a very spacious master cabin with en-suite as well plus you don’t get wet when helming from the flybridge. She’s very clean inside as you can see from the photos and the three good sized cabins and twin heads come with great storage, more than I’ve seen on any other boat of her size. The portside dinette is a lovely touch and provides great views, I used to work from there occasionally so it makes a great desk / chart table. There’s also an upgraded LG SMART TV in the saloon. Webasto Reverse Cycle air con units in the saloon and master cabins were installed in 2012 plus it has twin Webasto diesel heating units to all cabins. These are independent units with one for port and one for starboard. Galley down means you can crack on cooking without getting in anyone’s way but also be part of the action whilst ample seating elsewhere means no one is standing up. I recently had a brand new Waeco CR-140 Coolmatic Fridge Freezer installed that runs on both 12v and 240v so when you’re plugged in it uses that instead of your batteries. I also upgraded the standard Jeanneau microwave to a Sharp combination oven which is loads better. There is no gas on board as this boat is all electric with a three burner ceramic hob plus extractor fan. Hot water comes from a brand new calorifier installed Sep 2016 with an 240v immersion heater or from the engines when underway. The cockpit is spacious with room for a table and you can seat 6 out there no problem. The crew cabin means you have somewhere to store flybridge cushions and other tools etc and easy access to the engine room and generator makes it easy to work with. The flybridge is enormous with a table, fridge and lots of seating plus sun-pads toward the rear. It has a folding bimini that covers the entire area plus seating for 3 at the upper helm. There are so many features on this boat it’d be difficult to talk about each and every one on here so here’s a list: Twin Volvo Penta TAMD 75 EDC on shafts with circa 550 hours each – serviced in May 2016 Raymarine C80 on the lower helm and a C120 on the flybridge Raymarine Autohelm autopilot Raymarine AIS 650 Transponder Side Power bow thruster Radar, fish finder, reversing camera, DSC VHF fixed x 2, ICOM handheld VHF Wireless CCTV monitoring system with 3 cameras – 1 on each shaft and 1 in the aft bilge Cummins ONAN 11.5kva generator with 28 hours Webasto Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning in the saloon and master cabins – installed in 2012 Webasto diesel heating units x 2 (port and starboard) to all cabins and heads Waeco CR140 fridge freezer – 12v with auto mains switchover Sharp Combination Oven Opacmere 450kg Passarelle Honiwave 3.2m tender with helm console and 15hp electric start Mariner Blue LED cockpit lighting 4 man liferaft (requires a service) Lloyds Part 1 registration New Rudder seals (Sep 2015) New Shaft seals (Sep 2015) New Engine seacocks (Sep 2015) New Antifoul (Sep 2015) New Port trim tab (Sep 2015) Anodes will be replaced as part of this deal She is currently around £10k cheaper than most others on the market and that’s because I’m selling her privately so incur no brokers fees. With that in mind I feel she’s priced about right and although I am open to offers, she is worth every penny so please no silly ones. As per the standard marine broker process, I’ll be happy to show any serious parties around the vessel at a suitably arranged time. Sea-trials and surveys can then be arranged once an offer has been accepted and a 10% deposit paid. I have the RYA paperwork needed for a private sale and we can use their legal service if you wish. I have all bills of sale plus the builders cert and proof of VAT as you would expect. Feel free to send any questions and I’ll be happy to answer them. Thanks
